Join us for a farm safari and get a behind-the-scenes look at running a small-scale organic farm. While asparagus is our main crop, we’ll also show you around and share stories about everything else happening on the farm.
We have found our place here in the beautiful, rolling landscape of northwest Skåne. Over the last 15 years, we have built an idyll that we are so proud to share with you.
During our farm safari, you’ll get a real insight into what it’s like to manage a small-scale organic farm. While asparagus is our specialty, we also grow several types of kale, garlic, peas, beans, and sweetcorn—just to name a few. During the tour, we’ll take you through the fields and passionately explain how the crops develop throughout the season. We’ll also talk about our other projects, such as our guest accommodation, our small-scale beekeeping, and our organic hens that play a vital role in the farm’s natural cycle.
The visit includes a fresh taste of spring’s most anticipated vegetable. Please dress for the weather and get ready for a short but inspiring walk with several interesting stops along the way.
Please dress for the weather as we will be outdoors. Sturdy shoes are recommended if it’s wet, but boots aren't usually necessary. We’ll walk about 500 meters along a grass path; if you need a rest, we have folding chairs you can borrow. Toilets are available at the start and end of the tour.
